The report I got back was so very accurate. I just want to thank the person involved who did the inspection. The car turned out to be a very bad car for us. You saved us lots of money and heartache. I cannot thank you enough for your outstanding service and experience. Your price was worth every penny!!! I work for General Motors and I will tell everyone I know that's going to buy a used car that they need to call you. Money well spent!!!

I just wanted to say Denise did a great job on my inspection. Because of her inspection, I was able to save $1,100. She found a couple of areas on the car where the paint job was subsatisfactory and the dealership agreed to correct the flaws prior to shipping me the vehicle. All refund requests must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection appointment by email only using the Contact Us tab located on the homepage. Please provide name, transaction ID, make and model information. Refund requests over the phone calls will not be accepted. Refunds will be honored minus a $29 dollar administrative fee. In the event that the seller refuses permission for an inspection on the day of the inspection, the customer ordering the inspection will be refunded all monies less a $29 dollar administration fee in the same format as payment was received. |
