AiM Mobile Inspections Customer Testimonial

Let me first say I'm amazed at how quickly the inspection took place, and truly amazed at how thorough the inspector was. He really documented a lot of paint damage...Again, excellent work! We have a second inspection scheduled with you in a different state, and I'm a huge fam of AiM!  Bill (8-24-2010)

The report I got back was so very accurate. I just want to thank the person involved who did the inspection. The car turned out to be a very bad car for us. You saved us lots of money and heartache. I cannot thank you enough for your outstanding service and experience. Your price was worth every penny!!! I work for General Motors and I will tell everyone I know that's going to buy a used car that they need to call you. Money well spent!!! Clifford, Michigan

I just wanted to say Denise did a great job on my inspection. Because of her inspection, I was able to save $1,100. She found a couple of areas on the car where the paint job was subsatisfactory and the dealership agreed to correct the flaws prior to shipping me the vehicle.  This inspection has given me such piece of mind and confidence that I made a great purchase.  Terry, North Carolina (07-6-2010)

I will absolutely use you again in any future transaction.  I really felt the inspector hit all the right points in checking the car out and the photos with the arrows great, I really didn't expect that. I got what I really needed being 1,500 miles away from the car and that was unbiased view of what the car really was in terms of it's cosmetic and mechanical shape. Dean L.  New York (05-2010)

Can I see a sample report?

A sample report is available on AiM’s inspection website-(www.aimmobileinspections.com)

Will the inspection report include an estimated value for the vehicle?

What is included in AiM’s vehicle inspection?

AiM’s comprehensive automotive inspection is based on what we’ve learned from inspecting more than 10-million new and used cars annually in each of the last several years.  It begins with a thorough inspection 150-point checklist to evaluate exterior, interior and engine compartment condition and concludes with an optional test drive where the inspector rides along with the owner of the vehicle and observes any issues related to the vehicle.

Does the inspector put the car on a lift?

Since the inspections take place at the home or workplace, it’s not possible to use a lift.  The AiM inspector’s training and experience makes it possible for him/her to identify potential areas of concern by examining a vehicle’s undercarriage without utilizing a lift.

Does the inspector check cylinder compression?

AiM does not conduct cylinder compression measurements due to the liability incurred with the removal of engine components.

Does the inspector utilize electronic diagnostic equipment?

Since inspections take place at the home or workplace, it’s impractical to utilize bulky electronic diagnostic equipment.  AiM inspectors rely upon their vast experience to reach accurate conclusions on both the static and dynamic condition of inspected vehicles utilizing the highly refined inspection process developed by the industry’s most experience automotive inspection company.

Will AiM match any competitor’s price for an inspection report?

No.  All inspection companies provide different levels of service, technology and accuracy… and price accordingly.  Aimmobileinspections.com offers competitive pricing that reflects the industry-leading professionalism, experience and technology we bring to the marketplace.  As the old adage says, “you get what you pay for”.  With an AiM automotive inspection you get the experience of a fulltime auto inspector trained and backed by a company that conducts more than 10-million new and used vehicle inspections annually.

How do I schedule an inspection?

Please go to  www.aimmobileinspections.com in order to schedule an inspection.

Can I request that specific items be included in the inspection?

On a case by case basis, we will try to accommodate special requests.  However, due to safety and liability concerns we reserve the right to inspect according to our set guideline requirements.

Can I talk to the inspector after I review the inspection report?

Due to the volume of inspections conducted by AiM inspectors and their tight schedules, inspectors are not available for individual conversations.  However, if clients have questions about the inspection results they can talk to an AiM customer support specialist or contact the customer support group through the AiM inspection website.

What happens if the vehicle owner won’t allow the inspector to conduct a test drive?

While it is always preferable to conduct a test drive, the vehicle owner may not allow it due to weather conditions, insurance concerns or other reasons.  If the inspector is not allowed to ride along with the owner of the vehicle during the test drive,  the inspector will notate that the test drive did not occur.  AiM’s highly trained inspectors can execute a valid inspection without driving the vehicle. The lack of a test drive does not suggest that the inspection is incomplete.

Are AiM inspectors ASE certified mechanics?

All of AiM’s field employees are highly qualified automobile inspectors trained to evaluate a vehicle’s true condition.  They are specialists who can uncover hidden evidence of body and mechanical repairs, evaluate performance and provide a reliable estimate of a vehicle’s overall condition.  An ASE certified mechanic is highly qualified to conduct automotive repairs, but ASE certification does not in itself convey auto inspection expertise.

What are the inspectors’ qualifications?

AiM inspectors conduct more than 10-million new and used auto inspections annually.  They come to AiM with a variety of backgrounds including insurance adjusters, used car auction evaluators, body shop estimators and other automotive technology jobs.  Upon becoming an AiM inspector they undergo an extensive training program on the use of AiM’s exclusive inspection software that guarantees consistent and accurate inspection reports.  Unlike many of our competitors, AiM inspectors are full time employees whose only job is inspecting new and used vehicles using the highly sophisticated AiM inspection process combined with the industry’s most advanced computer and communications equipment.
